- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days, no card required. Every plan includes the whole product during the trial; you only choose how many people use it.
- What is the difference between the plans?
- Only the number of team members. Every plan includes the entire product — quoting, scheduling and routing, the field app, invoicing and online payments, customer messaging, reporting. Accounting sync is the one optional add-on.
- Who counts as a team member?
- Everyone who signs in to ServiceStead — you, office staff and field crew. Customers using the portal or paying online never count. You can add or remove people any time; the plan changes with you.
- Will I lose my data later?
- No. Your customers, jobs, invoices, and history stay yours. If you ever leave, you can export your data.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. After a grace period the office side becomes read-only until payment is sorted out; your field crew keeps working, and you can export your data at any time.
- Who is it for?
